Production & Processing Times
All items—including books, framed art, and prints—are made to order.
Typical production time is approximately 7-14 business days (Monday–Friday; weekends and holidays excluded).
Because each item is custom-made and shipped directly from the warehouse, delivery times may vary based on their processing schedule.
Shipping Policies
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
International Orders
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged when the package arrives. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Packages that are unclaimed or undeliverable may be returned to us or discarded by the carrier. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
RETURNS
All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
Each piece, including art, prints, and books, is made to order.
Personalized books cannot be canceled or returned. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email a photo of the error or damage, and the issue will be promptly resolved.
If a package is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to customer error, no refund will be issued.
FINE ART AND EDITIONS
All works are produced as limited editions and accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Each piece is made with intention—honoring longevity, material integrity, and environmental responsibility.
Fine Art Prints
Printed on sustainable Hahnemühle archival paper, selected for its permanence and tonal depth. Each print includes a white border, allowing for stability and traditional matting.
Framed Works
Printed using responsibly sourced materials and mounted on sustainable wood substrates. Custom framing and finish options are available.
Publications
Books are produced on FSC-certified paper using plant-based inks, ensuring longevity while minimizing environmental impact.
